"Once again, New River Harley Davidson has put me on another bike. I met the salesman, Miguel this morning as he was bringing out the display bikes in front of the store. Jokingly I asked him when he was going to put me on a new bike. Beings the professional that he is, he took me in and got down to business. He crunched the numbers and in no time at all, I had closed the deal on a 2012 street bob. All the staff at this dealership are professional and puts the customers first. This is the place to go if you are in the market for a new ride or if it’s your first time buying. 100% honest about all their stock and no funny business. Thank you guys for helping me with my purchase."

"I would just like to take the time and say thank you to Vince, Becky and Smoky for taking care of me last week. I was unable to ride my bike to get it serviced and inspected due to foot surgery. "The service manager Micah went above and beyond, to get my bike running properly. He was very courteous and professional, I would highly recommended him and the dealership. "So a few days ago I purchased a 2003, 100th anniversary, Dyna wide glide. From when I first walked in to the dealership to when I had the bike brought to my home. Everything was great. The salesman Tracy helped me find the perfect bike for me. It had to be brought to the dealership from somewhere else. I have to say that being a new rider I would defiantly encourage any new ride to go to a Harley dealership first. The had me sit down on a bike to find what would be a good size and supported me as i put my feet on the pegs, which I can say the other dealerships that I went to did not do that. So all in all I am happy to say that I am a Harley owner."

"Stopped in just to look at the 2011 Ultra and told Tracy that I was from out of town and just wanted to stop in. Even still Tracy uncrated a new Ultra just so I could look at the bike. He was very patient to answer every question that I had and never pressured me to buy. Just the Ultra was enough pressure. I will take the 13 hour drive back to New River to see Tracy WHEN I buy my Ultra!"
